This still doesn't make it that clear. For example - he says tat one of the essentials is a 'clear statement of the gospel'. The thing is, Adrian Warnock has said that if you deny PSA then you are denying an essential part of the gospel. Therefore, under this formula not working with individuals or churches that do not hold to PSA (or even question it) would not be acceptable.
I'm sure that isn't what this person meant, but there is a lack of clarity. Perhaps he should have said something like "makes clear that salvation comes only through the saving work of Christ" or similar, which would then encompass those who would prefer other views of the atonement such as Christus Victor, Ransom theory etc.
