The vision of life in Britain you link to from make wealth history is very similar to the policies and ideals of the Green Party. Between the Green New Deal offered in the current Green Party manifesto and the longer-term policies in the party's long-term Manifesto for a Sustainable Society, most of the stuff in that vision of the future is there.
