Snippets Extra

Last Friday I bought a bunch of newspapers for use with our youth group and had an enjoyable Saturday reading them. As always it yielded a bunch of things of interest. Here they are:

• How happiness can be catching (also here)- So Christians should be real joy spreaders
• We should generate power from home waste (scroll down for this one)
• Get cool music and save lives
• Charities should get 100% of lottery money
• Thinking through the ethics of food (it's a better title than the omni-standards one they use)
• Zimbabwe needs your prayers and support (my heading again!)
• Why we all need fairy tales (Note suspicion of Christianity right at the end)
  
• The madness of paying someone £1million a year to cut poverty
• Chastity rings are banned in schools
