Let's Go - Day Two

I am exhausted after another amazing day! We began with worship led by Gareth LeLong-McKean, where again we really sensed God's presence with us. Plus teaching from myself and Terry Hotchkiss on how God could use even a single conversation to change someone's destiny. Stirring stuff.

In the afternoon we litter picked across our estate and picked up around 20 bags of rubbish, while others supported a football tournament for 7-11s.

After a short break we moved on to the evening activity which was a BBQ with our Kidz Klub families with rounders and football. It was a great turn out (I've no idea how many at the moment) and we were joined by lads from the area to play football. Shrewsbury Juniors were training and they challenged us to a game, and although we lost 2-1 the lads were ace, they weren't a team before, but they pulled together - it was great. Everyone was buzzing and it bodes well for the fun day tomorrow and the BIG EVENT with Steve Legg and Kelle Bryan in the evening.
